Art. 3, paragraph 8th of the Statute. Members may also be excluded if: a) they do not comply with the provisions of the Articles of Association, any regulations or resolutions passed by the Assembly and Board of Directors; b) they lose one or more of the requirements on the basis of which the application for admission was accepted; c) they meet other conditions which, in the unquestionable judgement of the Board of Directors, lead to serious incompatibility, even only in terms of image, between their stay in the Association and Ghisleri’s values.
Processing of personal data – The processing of Members’ personal data is carried out, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, also with the aid of electronic instruments, for the sole purpose of communicating information relating to the life of the Association and its institutional purposes. The treatment does not include the communication to third parties or dissemination unless expressly requested to do so by the person concerned. The Data Controller is the Associazione Alunni del Collegio Ghislieri, the Data Processor is Prof. Andrea Belvedere (rettorato@ghislieri.it) to whom requests as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be addressed. The cancellation of the data can be requested at any time by the interested party, sending the relative request to rettorato@ghislieri.it.
